The customer was using Grandstream Wi-Fi infrastructure and was experiencing frequent Wi-Fi disconnections, inconsistent coverage, poor roaming performance, and slow network speeds across the office environment. The existing deployment lacked optimized access point placement and intelligent wireless management capabilities, resulting in degraded user experience, reduced employee productivity, and increased dependency on IT support for recurring connectivity issues.
We proposed and designed a next-generation wireless solution using Juniper Networks Mist Wi-Fi. A detailed wireless site assessment and heatmap analysis were performed based on the customer's floor layout to identify optimal access point placement, eliminate coverage gaps, and improve signal distribution. The proposed design also optimized the number of access points required while ensuring maximum coverage, seamless roaming, enhanced performance, and AI-driven wireless management capabilities.
The proposed Juniper Mist Wi-Fi solution provided improved wireless coverage, stable connectivity, enhanced roaming experience, and significantly better network performance across the customer environment. By optimizing access point placement and reducing unnecessary hardware deployment, the customer achieved better cost efficiency, improved end-user productivity, simplified network management, and a scalable wireless infrastructure ready to support future business and mobility requirements.
